Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Standard shipping: 5–12 business days
International shipping: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carriers, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
You will see the final shipping price before placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
International Orders
We ship internationally where available.
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
